Patty Zito
Productivity & Lifestyle Coach
I started my career in camps and after-school programs, but* my spirit was becoming weak because of the lack of physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being. My wake-up call was extreme burnout and a hospital visit at 2 am.
I was under the impression that pursuing a long-time dream of owning my company would avoid burnout; more education and certification as Nutritional Therapy Consultant should cure my health issues; and lastly, creating rules for myself from toxic people will help me with my self-care.
Nowadays, I cope with burnout because of my self-reflection practice. I check in with my body by journaling, breathing, and practicing self-boundaries to ensure self-care. I live a fully present life of progress and meaningful contribution to humanity through my SPARK, which I call proper youth development.
